What is your return policy for water sports gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used swimwear and wetsuits cannot be returned.
Do your inflatable paddleboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aquaplanet inflatable boards come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
